I'd like to schedule a Touchwood Quilt Design trunk show for my shop. How does it work?
Trunk Shows are a great way to get your customers excited about new designs and techniques, without investing time and money in a full set of samples. Touchwood Quilt Design offers seven trunk shows from our line of patterns, and three trunk shows featuring the original quilts and projects from Time To Quilt: Fun Quilts and Retreat Ideas for 1 to 101. Here's how they work:

• We schedule each show for one calendar month, including shipping time.
• Plan to purchase a minimum of eighteen patterns in any combination of designs directly from Touchwood Quilt Design.
• We will pay to ship and insure the show on its way to your shop. You are responsible for the cost of insuring and shipping the show back to Touchwood Quilt Design, or to the next scheduled shop address.
• We include signage for each sample in every show. Each sample has a hanging sleeve and must be hung with no damage to the quilt, including fading from displaying in sunlight.

Your shop must insure the show for the value stated in the confirmation letter you'll receive upon booking the show. When the show arrives, you will be responsible for checking the contents for any type of damage, and faxing us a signed receipt form. This list will also serve as a packing list when you return the show. All pieces must be in the same excellent condition that we send them in. You will be responsible for the replacement cost of any lost, stolen or damaged samples. Check out our Trunk Show Listings to see what's available!
